Amanda Capizzo

Hey there, I’m Amanda! My love for fitness started when I was 17 years old – I started with straight cardio, soon found my love for weights, and then found myself taking Muay Thai 3 times a week . I am now a Certified Personal Training Specialist with Canfitpro. I am certified in Advanced Training Systems Level 1 Lower Body and Level 2 Upper Body, and plan on continuing my education with many courses and workshops! A little about me – I love challenges, I am crazy organized, very outgoing and I love people just the same. I have a big heart for animals and a big heart for people. I like to have fun and to be able to joke around with the people I work with or teach in my fitness classes. I truly love to travel and I’m a wanderlust through and through having a forever growing list of places I want to see. I love advancing my mind by enrolling into other courses and other things that interest me. Currently I am teaching Total Body at 9:30am on Tuesday mornings as well as Core at 5:15pm and Tabata at 5:45pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. You can also catch me every other Saturday teaching Core at 9:00am and Total Body at 9:30am. Be sure to keep your eyes open for me as you may never know what I’m up too next… BUT for now… Come catch a sweat with me!

I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention, alongside a healthy diet that suits your body. I believe that we all, regardless of our current conditioning, are able to achieve the goals that we have for ourselves.

For me training is not just a way to stay in shape, but it has been a part of my life for years. I would like to inspire people to be persistent and help them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, because if we are fit and healthy everything else seems much easier.

JuliannCanFitPro Certified, Personal Trainer and YOGA Instructor. Juliann joins the NFC bringing over 30 years teaching experience, professional training and world wide experience as a national level athlete. From training Olympians to rehabilitating MVA victims to working with seniors and children. Juliann welcomes it all and enjoys the diversity. Having had to rehabilitate 4 times after 4 car accidents that ended her career as a professional dancer (Cats-Germany, Joseph-USA, Beauty and the Beast-Japan and more). Juliann has the discipline and passion for life to help you identify and achieve your goals.
