Hey there, I’m Amanda! My love for fitness started when I was 17 years old – I started with straight cardio, soon found my love for weights, and then found myself taking Muay Thai 3 times a week . I am now a Certified Personal Training Specialist with Canfitpro. I am certified in Advanced Training Systems Level 1 Lower Body and Level 2 Upper Body, and plan on continuing my education with many courses and workshops! A little about me – I love challenges, I am crazy organized, very outgoing and I love people just the same. I have a big heart for animals and a big heart for people. I like to have fun and to be able to joke around with the people I work with or teach in my fitness classes. I truly love to travel and I’m a wanderlust through and through having a forever growing list of places I want to see. I love advancing my mind by enrolling into other courses and other things that interest me. Be sure to keep your eyes open for me as you may never know what I’m up too next… BUT for now… Come catch a sweat with me!

I’m an Aquafit Instructor, a Personal Trainer of (Water Art Canada.) I have my Nutrition and Fitness – ICS Canada Ontario coaching Certification, First aid and CPR.
